Online Donation Policies
We’ve made it possible for our users to donate online. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to DEAF Inc., we will honor your request for a refund made within 5 days of your donation. To request a refund, call 314-968-8868 or email info@deafinc.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
Online Invoice Payments
Online Invoice payments are for services already rendered, therefore there’s no refund. Payment of all properly billed amounts is due within thirty (3 0) days after Customer receives an invoice via mail. Any paid invoice(s) are non-refundable. The undisputed portion(s) of any invoice not paid within thirty (30) days will incur interest at the rate of one and one half percent (1 ½%) interest charge per month.
Is Credit Card Information Secure?
