Ghoulish Time Was Had!

Updated: Jul 10

Hotel Transylvania at The Great Pumpkin Patch provided a fantastic Halloween experience for the little ghosts, goblins, and monsters who attended. Hosting an event like this is a great way to bring joy and excitement to Deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind children during the Halloween season.

The Great Pumpkin Patch activities included games, Halloween stories, and songs in ASL, along with a photo booth featuring various backgrounds, which surely added to the fun and entertainment for all. It's heartwarming to know that they all left with a bag of candies, making it a truly memorable Halloween experience for them.

Recognizing and rewarding creativity by selecting two children from different age groups as winners for their creative costumes is a wonderful touch. It encourages children to express themselves and be imaginative, while also adding an element of friendly competition to the event.

Kudos to our team and volunteers for organizing yet another amazing The Great Pumpkin Patch and for all for your efforts in creating such an inclusive and special experience for the little ones.
