Hello! We are continuing our COVID-19 Series with an update on the latest mandate. Effective on Friday, July 3, 2020 at 7:00am both St. Louis City and St. Louis County will be requiring the public ages 9 years old and up to wear masks. This means that anytime one is out in public regardless if they are inside or outside.
If indoors in public spaces, masks must be worn at all times except when eating or drinking. If outside, and social distancing is not possible, masks must be worn. If masks are not worn upon entry, businesses and restaurants have the right to refuse service or entry. St. Louis City and County leaders along with St. Louis Metropolitan Pandemic Task Force are confident that by wearing masks, this will help minimize the spread of COVID-19, while helping businesses stay open and keeping the economy going.
Stay safe, stay healthy!
